Last year almost 280-thousand vinyl records were sold in Australia - a staggering 127-percent increase on 2013, according to the Australian Recording Industry Association's end-of-year figures for 2014.


It's still a tiny slice of the market, but unlike CD's and DVD's, it is growing. Younger and older generations are becoming more and more interested in old record players.

Rigby is a true believer that records are not dead. He also runs a record pressing plant.
